I’ve been propagating this seedling cactus for about a year and this is the very first cutting sold ever. It is just starting to shift into mutant mode at the tip. It is a columnar cactus and has never been observed to form cresting. The mutation patterns can be short rib shifting or longer sinew rib shifts. It typically seems to shift about every 10 to 12 inches. It grows fast. relatively dark green color, fairly small spines. This cutting is 12 inches and weighs 2 pounds.
