Hutchinson 6212 tip cutting, 12” × 2.5” @ 1lb-5oz. This cutting has a dent or bruise near the tip. Not an actual problem, just cosmetic. This looks like the Ecuadorian pach type, with prominent notching. A very pretty pachanoi. I acquired it directly from Sacred Succulents. Stump with roots and a pup also for sale in rooted cactus section.
